Black Sheep Wedding Bar Packages
Stressing out about how much your bar package is going to cost? We get it…We offer two options for you to choose from when it comes to your Bar Package. Keep scrolling for more details.
Host Consumption Package*
Step 1: Pay the $500 bar setup fee which covers your bartenders, bar set-up & licensing.
Step 2: Decide your hosted items and determine a max spend amount (if you’d like) for the bar before gratuity is added. This approves us to allow your tab to go up to a set amount or be open ended, so you have control of your budget. You can also decide to have an additional offering for your VIPs.
Step 3. Decide which categories you want to host:
- Tap Beer
- Seltzers
- House or Premium Wine
- House Liquor Drinks (Rail & Call level liquor)
- Premium Liquor Drinks
- Specialty Drinks (3+ingredient liquor drinks or any drinks not regularly kept in stock at the bar.)
All-Inclusive Package*
With this option, you pay one price per person, based on the level of service you would like to provide and your bar set-up fee & bartender(s) are included. Whether you want to offer beer & wine all night, or a premium open bar all night, this package allows you to choose your hosted offering at a set rate in advance and there’s no worry about going over that amount. This is great for the planner who just want to know what their bar package is going to cost them and not have to think about it. Packages start at $22/person.

Cash Bar Option**
Available upon request. We will open our full bar(s), stocked with beer, wine, House (rail, call and premium) liquors. Your guests can pay their bill and tip the bartenders directly with cash or credit card. Required $750 bar setup fee will apply, which covers two bartenders, bar set-up, and the license.
Please note…all bar service will end by 11:00pm on Fridays/Saturdays and 9:30pm on Sundays (non-Holiday weekends) & Weekdays.
Black Sheep Weddings & Events has their own liquor license and is the exclusive provider of all alcohol service. No outside vendors or carry-in services are permitted. With either of our Host Consumption or All-Inclusive bar packages, listed above, we include soda and bartender(s) one per 75 guests.
**Cash Bar option covers two bartenders up to 150 guests w/ $750 set-up fee. Additional bartenders are required with guest counts over 150 guests at $150 per bartender (one bartender is required for every 75 guests).
