Like we said, we understand how it can be when comparing venue rental fee + food + beverage. Whether you have a small budget (being creative with DIY decor and the simple beauty of the venue), a larger budget (with gorgeous floral arrangements, designer dress and a personal wedding planner) or anything in between. The Black Sheep may be the ideal location for your wedding day.

Exclusive access to 8000 sq ft of venue and ceremony garden space; including a pond w/ fountain & floor to ceiling stone fireplace
Reception Tables & Chairs including rounds and banquet tables & up to 300 wooden folding chairs w/ padded seats.
Whiskey Barrel Cocktail Tables (8) on wheels for easy use indoors or outdoors.
Outdoor games such as corn-hole, connect four and giant jenga
Two Dressing Suites, One w/ Private Bathroom on-site
Black Sheep team members on-site throughout the evening

Looking for a Two Day Rental? Choose a Friday…
Add Thursday evening to your Friday rental fee for $750 (up to 5 hours). (Decorate, rehearse & have your rehearsal dinner onsite. If you add Thursday to a Friday rental, you’re getting two days for the same as a Saturday investment. This is a great option for many of our couples.)

Access to the Venue for Ceremony, Cocktail Hour & Reception (except for staff only areas).
Wedding day ceremony coordination, timeline & coordinating documentation, with online planning template emailed 3-4 months before you date, multiple Open House opportunities to meet with our team and up to two (2) 1 hour collaborating meetings via phone, virtual or in-person and one (1) Final Review Call.
DJ service for Ceremony, Cocktail Hour & Reception, with Uplighting & including at least one (1) one on one meeting with the DJ to go over music details for your day.
Wedding Florals: Designer choice - Two (2) Bouquet/Bout for the Couple, up to eight (8) Attendants total, up to two (2) Mother’s wrist corsages, up to two (2) Father’s boutonnieres & Greenery for up 24 guest tables. Includes one Consultation meeting with the florist to go over color palette details.
Bar Package for up to 150 guests to include: Two (2) House Domestic Tap beers & Five (5) House Wines served for up to 7 hours & Two (2) Bottles of Champagne for the Head Table. (fees apply for additional guests)
