How The All-Inclusive Package Works ✨

Step 1: Decide which preset inclusive package you would like to host for all of your guests.

  • Basic Package: Tap Beer & House Wines for the evening. Champagne for the head table.

  • Basic Plus Package: Two Domestic Tap Beers, House Wines & Seltzers for the evening. Champagne for the Head Table

  • Ewe Got It Package: Two Domestic Tap Beers & House Wines hosted for the evening. Cocktail Hour cocktail for up to Premium Level (2 hour max). Champagne for the head table and a bottle at every guest table.

  • Flocking Good Time Package: Two Domestic Tap Beers & House Wines, House Level cocktails & all seltzers hosted for the evening. Champagne for the head table and a bottle at every guest table.

  • Sheep Herders Package: Two Domestic Tap Beers & House Wines, up to Premium Level cocktails & all seltzers hosted for the evening. Champagne for the head table and a bottle at every guest table.

Step 2: Determine which Domestic Beers you want to offer: Busch Light, Coors Light, Miller Lite or Bud Light. If you want to upgrade to a premium or imported beer, a per person fee applies.

Step 3: Determine how many adult guests (18 and older you will have): All-Inclusive packages are charged on the number of adults you have in attendance. We know the drinking age is 21, but soda and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

NOTE: Black Sheep Bar Packages includes service up to 7 hours. Bar and music must end at 11:00pm sharp, so if you start your cocktail hour at 4:00pm or later, you bar service can go all the way until the 11:00pm end time. Keep in mind that maximum length for cocktail hour is 2 hours.

How The Host Consumption Package Works ✨

Step 1: Pay the $500 bar setup fee which covers your bartenders, soda, bar set-up and licensing.

Step 2: Decide what you’d like to host and if you’d like to have a max spend amount. This is basically a write your own package with no minimums, but if you’d let to set a maximum spend, let us know and we will set your bar tab up to that amount.

Step 3. Decide which categories you want to host:

- Tap Beer

- Seltzers

- House and/or Premium Wines

- House Liquor (Rail & Call level)

- Premium Liquor Drinks

- Black Sheep Specialty Cocktails
