Rental times are can be determined at the time of filling out the Request Form below or on the Rental Agreement. Please note that Sunday rentals will need to end by 10:00pm (bar & music by 9:00pm), Monday through Thursday rentals will need to end by 11:00pm (bar & music by 10:00pm and Friday through Saturday rentals will need to end by 12:00 midnight (bar & music ends by 11:00pm).

The Signature Black Sheep Experience
Starting at $2,500 for up to 100 guests*
Exclusive venue access for up to 6 hours
Customized table and chair layout
Standard linens and napkins in selected colors
Coordinated centerpieces and décor

On-site Team Lead and event staff
Access to venue amenities and outdoor spaces, weather permitting
Post-event cleaning
Add-on services: Customizable food and/or beverage packages at a per person rate available

Venue Only Rentals Rates
Venue only pricing is based on use of the ENTIRE venue, including catering prep kitchen, outdoor patio and garden area. Venue pricing also includes: Two full bars (with over 160 guest), whiskey barrel cocktail tables, Set-up of round and/or banquet tables, wooden folding chairs and A/V system.
Full-service catering is required for any type of formal dinner service. A list of our Preferred Caterers can be seen here.
Linens are not provided and would be outsourced at an additional charge. China rental available for additional fee.
*Please note, All-Inclusive or Customizable bar packages are available separately with a $500 minimum. No carry-in alcohol allowed per our liquor license.

*Please note that the above pricing does not include the required One-day, $2,000,000 liability coverage that is required from our insurance partner, Nuptial for all events.
