Corporate/Social Gathering Pricing
If you’re looking for that perfect space to host your next private event…Black Sheep Weddings & Events is an ideal space for anything from Corporate to Casual.
Pricing is based on use of the ENTIRE venue, including catering prep kitchen, outdoor patio and garden area. Venue pricing also includes: Two full bars (over 150 guest), self serve coffee station featuring LaJava coffee, whiskey barrel cocktail tables, round and/or banquet tables, wooden folding chairs and A/V system. Optional china package available for an additional charge. Linens are not provided and would be outsourced at an additional charge.
*Please note, All-Inclusive or Customizable bar packages are available separately. No carry-in alcohol allowed per our liquor license.
Rentals Rates
Rental times are flexible and can be determined at the time of filling out the Request Form below or on the Rental Agreement. Please note that Sunday rentals will need to end by 10:00pm, Monday through Thursday rentals will need to end by 11:00pm and Friday through Saturday rentals will need to end by 12:00 midnight (bar & entertainment ends by 11:30pm).
Full-service catering is required for any type of formal dinner service. A list of our Preferred Caterers can be seen here.
Up to a 4 Hour Rental*
Sunday - $1200
Monday - Thursday - $1000
Non-Prime Friday (November-April)** - $1200
Prime Friday (May-October)** - $1500
Non-Prime Saturday (November-April)** - $1500
Prime Saturday (May-October)** - $1800
*Additional hours available on a fee per hour basis.

*Please note that the above pricing does not include the required One-day, $1,000,000 liability coverage that is required from our insurance partner, Nuptial.
