Campsite Reservations and Credentials
• MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE TO RESERVE SITE.
• Any children must be accompanied at all time with legal guardian or parent
• NO water, electrical hookups or public restrooms/showers available.
• Showers are not available on the property. Fresh water holding tanks should be filled prior to arrival. Weather pending, Water may be available on the premise. See campsite map for water filling locations.
• Propane tanks must be filled prior to arrival and used as the primary heat source.
• All campsites are reserved on a first-paid, first-served basis.
• Once purchased, a campsite number will be confirmed based on availability and camper size within 72 hours of request.
• Upon arrival, individuals must check-in at the Black Sheep Pub & Grill to receive their camping credentials. Campers need to keep a copy of their reservation and matching ID.
• Camping credentials must be visibly displayed at all times on the camping unit and motor vehicle if any. Black Sheep security will periodically monitor the campsites to verify that proper camping credentials are displayed.
• Additional vehicle parking passes are not guaranteed and will not be available until 5 days before rental, based on space availability.
• Camping credentials and campsites may not be transferred or sold from one individual to another individual. Abandoned campsites may only be resold by Black Sheep.
Trailer & Vehicles (No Tents)
• No more than one (1) travel trailer, truck camper or recreational vehicle is allowed per campsite. Truck campers or recreational vehicles pulling a trailer are treated as one (1) single
unit.
• No more than one (1) motor vehicle, or two (2) motorcycles, are allowed per campsite. Unauthorized or additional vehicles placed or parked in the campsite or on the camping grounds will be towed at the owners expense.
• No tents allowed
• No more than six (6) persons may stay overnight at each campsite, regardless of age.
• The individual placing the reservation must be at least eighteen (18) years old at the time the reservation is made. The person to whom the campsite is registered must be, and remain, part
of the camping party at the campsite for the entirety of the stay and will be held responsible if any violations occur.
Checking In, Checking Out and Gate Hours
• You may check into your campsite any time after 11:00 a.m. on your reservation start date at Black Sheep Pub & Grill.
• You must check out of your campsite before 12:00 p.m. on the last day of your reservation. Campers leaving after 12:00 p.m. will be charged for that day. There is no grace period.
• Access to Black Sheep Weddings & Events lot will be provided from April 23, 2025 to April 27, 2025 from two
separate entrances as follows:
o Bay Settlement Rd entrance
o Algoma Rd entrance
Quiet Hours and Noise
• Quiet hours will be enforced from 10:00pm a.m. to 7:00 a.m. During these hours campers are expected to be quiet and especially respectful of other campers and should turn down music
and use low voices.
• At no time may the noise on a campsite create a disturbance or interfere, in any manner, with other people’s enjoyment of the campground or the surrounding neighborhood.
• No setup, no generators, no radios, or other loud voices/noises or disruptive behavior are allowed during this time.
• Visitors of registered campers must leave the property before 10:00 p.m., and not allowed back in the campground until 8:00 a.m.
Garbage, Wastewater and Dump Stations
• Campsites must be left and restored to the same condition that they were in when the camping group arrived.
• All garbage must be removed from the campsite daily and all waste must be deposited in appropriate receptacles. See above map.
• Dish and handwashing water must be disposed of at the sanitary dump station located about 5 miles away.
• Sewage must be disposed of at the sanitary dump station.

Campfires/Grills
• Campfires or open flames of kind are NOT ALLOWED during your entire stay.
• No charcoal grilling allowed. All grills or cooking devices must be gas or electric and must be attended at all times of operation.
Special Events, Live Entertainment, Commercial Operations and Advertising
• Campsites purchased to place non-camping units is not allowed
• Events that require catering, security, or hosted alcohol, and/or are by invitation to the general public are not permitted.
• Live entertainment, such as live bands or disc jockeys, is not permitted.
• No commercial operations are permitted.
Prohibited Items
The following items are prohibited at Black Sheep:
• Firearms (whether carried openly or concealed) and weapons that could be considered dangerous.
• Fireworks, pyrotechnics and explosives.
• Illegal drugs and/or drug paraphernalia.
• Flying objects, i.e. radio-controlled aircraft and objects, Chinese lanterns, and unmanned aerial vehicles a/k/a drones. This prohibition does not include frisbees, footballs, baseballs and other sporting items and equipment.
• Anything that can be considered, by law or statute, as illegal or contraband.
Vehicles and Personal Transportation
• Unlicensed motorized vehicles including golf carts, motorbikes, motor scooters, or motorcycles are prohibited on Black Sheep grounds.
• Vehicle speed limit is a maximum of 10 MPH for all vehicles.
• Vehicles, including automobiles, motorcycles and mopeds, may only be
driven on roadways and must be equipped with lights to be driven at night. Driving on the surrounding lawn/grass areas is strictly prohibited, as well as no cutting of trees, limbs or brush.
• Parties MUST stay within their reserved site’s allotted space including all vehicles, campers and equipment. Campers, vehicles and equipment outside of a party’s reserved, allotted space are subject to towing/removal at owner’s expense.
Pets
Pets are allowed at Black Sheep, but are not allowed in buildings or patio areas.
While Black Sheep strongly recommends that alternate arrangements be made for your pet, if you decide to bring your pet, the following guidelines must be adhered to for everyone’s enjoyment and safety:
• A maximum of two (2) pets are allowed per campsite.
• Pets must be on a leash that is no longer than eight feet (8’) long, or otherwise physically restrained, at all times.
• Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and promptly disposing of waste in trash receptacles.
• Pets left unattended must be kept in a well-ventilated camping unit. The Brown County Sheriff’s Department or other local animal control authority will be called to respond to pets that are barking excessively while unattended or that appear to be in distress.
• Loose pets will be seized and turned over to the Brown County Sheriff's Department or other local animal control authority or shelter.
• Pets must be kept under control at all times and should not interfere with other individuals’ camping enjoyment
• Pets that bark excessively, growl, exhibit aggressive behaviors, create a public nuisance or otherwise cause a disturbance are prohibited.
Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnification
• At the time of check-in, and prior to being provided with camping credentials, the individual who made the reservation shall sign an Agreement to Waive Liability, Assume Risk and Indemnify.
Security and Personal Property
• Black Sheep will have security present to monitor the campground, to enforce the Camping Rules and Policies, to provide assistance as appropriate, to help foster a safe environment and to report any incidents that may arise which require further action or
attention.
• Campers are responsible for taking reasonable measures to protect their own safety and to safeguard and secure all items that they bring to Black Sheep grounds. Under no circumstances
shall Black Sheep be responsible for any personal property that is lost, damaged, or stolen.
• Avoid walking through other people’s campsites and keep reasonable distance from other campsites.
Compliance with Laws, Disorderly Conduct, Drinking Alcoholic Beverages
• Campers must follow all federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations.
• Disorderly conduct, including drunken behavior, will not be tolerated.
• No one under the age of 21 may consume alcoholic beverages while on Black Sheep property.
• Persons over the age of 21 who do drink alcohol must do so in a peaceful, respectful and non-disruptive way.
Relocation and Refunds
• Black Sheep reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to relocate a camper to a different campsite within the Black Sheep grounds if the campsite is unsuitable or use of the campsite may cause damage to the grounds.
• Reservation fees are not refundable for any reason.
Violations of Camping Rules and Policies
• Campers that violate any of the Camping Rules and Policies may be subject to removal from Black Sheep grounds with no refund for unused days provided.
