Floor-plan Layouts

Below you will find a list of several examples of suggested floor-plan layouts, based on the number of guests attending.

Please note, these are suggested based on the ease of being able to transform the space from one need to another.

For example…ceremony to cocktail hour OR Dinner to dance. The goal is to provide you with a customizable space that can not only work for your special day, but to also make for easy transition for your guests. These two elements go hand in hand to make sure that your day goes without a hitch and to provide you with the least amount of resetting time.

That being said, there is still an opportunity to customize these layouts and adjust them to fit your vision and needs. If anything, these layouts will provide a starting point that we can work from and make adjustments as needed to make your vision come to light.

When planning, keep this in mind…You can do all round tables if your guest count is 200 or less. Once you are over 200 guests, you will need to do a mix of tables or all banquet tables. Also keep in mind if you are doing a buffet dinner, you will need to have space for your buffet, whether it’s on one end of your layout, in the middle of your guests or, if you choose to do so, some couples have rented a tent and had the buffet outside to make for more room inside for their guests (I would only suggest this if your guest count is pushing max capacity and you want less tables coming down after dinner for your dance)

If anyone has any questions on any of the layouts, please email me at: Hello@blacksheepweddingsgb.com.
